The client’s agenda is always our primary focus. Our work together is collaborative with the coach acting as a guide and
facilitator. Often, the barriers we identify are elements like processes, communication, or knowledge and skills. At times,
the barrier starts with the client and his or her view of the situation.
INTRODUCTORY SESSION
We start every client relationship with a complimentary introductory session, even if the client is ready to sign up with us. It helps them to sample our approach and it helps Headwinds Ltd. to understand whether we can help them.
In this introductory session, we will work with you to:
- Clarify your business vision.
- Identify key strategic milestone objectives – these could be sales, revenue, profitability, employee accountability, or business planning.
- Uncover hidden potential barriers and challenges.
- Create a next steps action plan.
- Leave the session renewed, inspired, and re-energized about the business and excited about how your business can bring you everything
your heart desires.

- Revenue generation less than forecast in a professional services firm. We helped the client see that more involvement and greater accountability among the senior staff could lighten his load and improve new business generation. Revenue is steadily improving.
